Media

Loughborough Students' Media encompasses everything you would expect it to. You can get involved with live shows for LSUTV, broadcasting on Loughborough Campus Radio (LCR), photographing events with Lens or writing for the student magazine, Label. In every section there is the opportunity to be given on-the-job training and support. The role of Media reps is to inform hall members about the four main sections and encourage involvement within these. However, the reps must also keep social media up to date through Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. They should also promote the hall through videos and an online website, as well as take photographs at important IMS games and socials/events. Doing all of this will gain points for the hall, which go towards the (Media) Hall of the Year, which is awarded at the Media awards at the end of Semester 2.
